Our vertical circulation, wood fired dual type 0.5 Ton Paddy Dryer Machine is a device that works to reduce the moisture content of the paddy. It dries the paddy which is loaded in the drying chambers by blowing hot air onto the paddy. And as the hot air will be blown continuously until the desired moisture content is reached. It has an advantage of drying two variety of paddy simultaneously. By incorporate the bed type dryer with this dual type paddy dryer the drying time will be reduced. Even we can dry the wet paddy and also reduce the man power.

Paddy Fluid Bed Dryer Cum Cooler is used to remove water residue and moisture from soaked paddy in the par boiling system and also remove moisture from harvested paddy.  Made up of a blower and in the fluidization chamber, the air blown will pass through the wet paddy, as well as fluidize and move the paddy, removing excess moisture. 

In this dryer both the grain and air are moving in the same direction. This type of dryer has the advantage of using very high drying air temperatures without affecting grain quality and do not suffer the variation in grain moisture contents because all kernels are exposed to the same temperatures.

Our vertical circulation type Black Pepper Dryer is a device that works to reduce the moisture content of the pepper. It dries the pepper which is loaded in the drying chamber by blowing hot air on to the pepper which flows continuously until the desired moisture content is reached. Drying rate is at 0.75% - 1% moisture per hour.

Capacity depends on pepper type, specific weight and moisture content of the pepper. Capacity is indicative and not binding. Drying rate specified above is for reference only. Actual data will depend on ambient temperature, relative humidity, air temperature, and pepper type, moisture content before and after drying.

We are manufacturing pepper dryer with different capacities like 1 ton per batch, 2 ton per batch, 3 ton per batch and 4 ton per batch.
