Our sand removing machine has been designed to remove stones and sand from coco peat. As this machine removes sand and stones from coco peat, you get good quality coco peat. 

Our Coco Peat grader works as follows, With the help of gravitational force and moment of inertia the coco peats are made to flow on the vibrating screen. While the coco peat is moving on the vibrating screen, the coco peat gets separated based on the hole sizes of the screens provided in the trough. The machine separates cocopeat, fines and fiber from the coco peat. This machine separates different grades of cocopeat based on the number of screens provided in the machine.
