This machine is a combination of pre-cleaning and de-stoning. Large impurities, straw and fine dust are removed by the pre-cleaning machine. Stones are separated by the de-stoning machine at the bottom chamber.

Poha Paddy cleaner is a combination of aspirator, cyclone, destoner and grader. The thrashed paddy is fed into the hopper of the aspirator. While it is falling down through the air chamber its impurities like light weight impurities, straw and fine dust are removed by a sucking device which is provided at the back side of the air chamber. The impurities then pass through the cyclone which in turn separates the air and dusts. From the aspirator the paddy flows onto the destoner, where all stones are removed. Then the grading machine removes soil and impurities bigger than paddy and we get cleaned paddy. You can use this cleaned paddy directly to use making poha.
