Our vertical circulation, wood fire furnace Or LPG gas, Paddy dryer is a device that works to reduce the moisture content of the paddy. It dries the paddy which is loaded in the drying chamber by blowing hot air onto the paddy which flows continuously until the desired moisture content is reached. Drying rate is at 0.75% - 1% moisture per hour.
Paddy Bed Type dryer/cooler is used to remove water residue and moisture from soaked paddy in the par boiling system and also removes moisture from harvested paddy. In the fluidization chamber the hot air blown will pass through the wet paddy, as well fluidize and move the paddy, removing the excess moisture. In this dryer, both the grain and air are moving in the same direction. For quick drying even if high temperature is used, it will not affect the grain quality. Since all kernels are exposed to the same temperatures there won't be any variation in grain moisture contents. This machine will reduce around 7% moisture in single pass .
